Haven’t needed the Geek Squad for this particular item as of yet because I’ve only had it for a month but in the past Geek Squad was worth it so I purchased it

Since our new television is full of so many technological features we decided to be prepared in case something went wrong before we were ready to replace it. We also wanted to be sure that if any burn-in ever appeared on the screen, it would be covered. Hopefully we will never have to use it.

Geek squad did a great job in installing my wall mount and TV. I will always use them.

Though I did not need to use the Geek Squad service during the two year protection plan I chose, the Geek Squad at my local store is vert reliable and have always given me a positive experience. I have had no issues with their service and highly recommend them when help is needed.

This tv is one of the best TVs I have had since my Panasonic and pioneer elite plasma TVs. Picture is so clear and watching movies in 4K at night are amazing

I purchased this 5-Years standard Geek Squad Protection for the LG 55" TV that I purchased for my living room during this past Black Friday. And I am so glad that I did. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that the device is protected just incase anything goes wrong with the television.

Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

Love the extended warranty with Geek Squad my 4.5 year old TV just went out and they gave me credit for what I paid for the TV and I was able to purchase a better one for less

I glad I purchased the additional coverage. It puts me at ease knowing if something goes wrong with the TV, I will be in good hands. I just purchase another TV and soundbar and wireless surround sound speakers today. I purchased coverage on all 3 items. NO worries.

Just outstanding customer service, and would recommend BestBuy anytime, tha k you once again fot the outstanding customer services provided!

Always a good idea with hig dollar electronics. I have purchased this with out electronics in the past and it has saved me a lot of stress when the factory warranty ran out. A very good investment got me a couple replacements in the past when the factory warranty expired.

Nice to know i have a warranty for 2 years. Last tv i had lasted a little over a year from a box store.

The Geek squad are like tech genies, very courteous, professionals and knowledgeable.

Have not used this service yet, but it is comforting to know that my purchase is protected for the next 5yrs.

This only cost $20 and since replacing it would cost a lot more than the original price of my open-box, on-sale TV, I figured it was worth it. I don't usually add this type of insurance, but for an open box TV, it seemed reasonable. I would recommend this to someone who also got an open box or a refurbished TV to be on the safe side!

So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!
