The Geek Squad was wonderful when I had to replace my television. The process was really easy and the exchange went by flawlessly.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

I haven't had to use it yet, but I trust it, because Geek Squad has been around for a long time.

The geek squad protection plan provides great peace of mind. New Tvs are more advanced and fixing them can be expensive. It is likely you could buy a new TV for the price to have it fixed. Geek squad protection plan covers everything but theft and physical damage.

Awesome protection plan. Worth spending the extra money if expecting to keep the tv long term.

I would highly recommend getting addtl coverage when possible. Some rates should be lower or should come free fpr a year for certain products

Agents set the Tv up and showed me the operation. Agents were very polite and didn't leave any packaging behind for me to have to dispose of.

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

Hopefully I'll never have to use this 2-year protection on my TV, but in the event that I do I sure hope Best Buy will come through with a replacement.
