    in home repair, no lemon policy, be sure to read the policy its a repair protection plan, and the repairs on a tv this size are normally done in home, five year plan is a solid investment on a tv of any price, since minimum cost of repair is always way worse than one time cost of the protection plan.

    I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad Protection Plan when I bought my LG OLED TV. I haven't had to use the plan yet.

    The Geek squad was great. Came in and set up my tv on my entertainment center. Very professional and great service. Made sure that I was pleased.

    I operate vacation rentals so I buy a lot of stuff. I failed to get coverage on a Arlo Security Camera and it went defective in 9 months so still under warranty but dealing with Arlo has been MADDENING!!

    I have never had any trouble getting replacements for products that have gone bad within the warranty period. It is money well spent if you do not want to have to pay to replace the product if it is defective outside of the manufacturers warranty.

    Geek squad TV calibration.

    After purchasing a Samsung 65 inch TV, I wanted it to be professionally calibrated. The calibration tech came to my house and calibrated my TV in about an hour. It looks AMAZING!!! Very professional. Highly recommended.

    2 year service I usually do not purchase service but the cost for two years it well worth it. Not having to worry about anything happening to my Tv for 2 years.

    This is my second Geek Squad protection plan my TV screen was broke and they replaced it and I purchase another warranty through them they really stand behind their warranties you won't find that anywhere else

    I got the 2 year geek squad protection on my samsung tv. I really didn't want to but coincidently I had problems with my TV several months after purchasing it and the protection came in handy. If you spent over a 1000 bucks I recommend paying the extra for this service.

    I always try to purchase geek squad protection for all my big purchase at best buy and they have not failed me. and it gives me peace of mind knowing my items will be fixed or replaced if anything were to happen.

    I buy this on products I care aboutZ New electronics are not warrantied as they used to be. So planning ahead for possible issues is whaf fhis warranty is all about.

    i haven't used the service but since I bought my Mom a new flat screen tv for Christmas I thought it was a good idea. If the tv is over a certain size they come to the house to service it

    I am so happy that I purchased this 5 year plan. My last television had the screen go out after only having it a little under 4 years. I did not have a protection plan so therefore I had to go and get another television. Now with this plan I feel secure on my purchase.

    I would highly recommend the Geek Squad Protection. It's worth the price. When my tv stopped working, they provided a full credit to apply towards a another tv of my choice. The only downside was that it was difficult to speak with someone. I had wait on hold for a while, however overall the protection plan is great.
