Bought this extend warranty due to the great experience that I had with the Geek Squad on another issue

In light of how much the TV cost itself, the pricing for the 2 yr service protection was worth it; but not any longer. I figure any real problem will likely happen within the 2 years. after that, repairs might not even be worth it as technology moves so fast.

I love the quality of pictures version and sounds I love everything just small recommendations if Samsung can reduce the weight of TV it looks tin but too heavy

I purchased the five-year protection plan on our old TV 4 1/2 years ago. With only six months left on the plan, the old TV started losing its connection to the internet and the menus began malfunctioning and didn't respond as intended. After attempting to repair the old TV without success, Geek Squad honored the plan and refunded every dime of the purchase price and also the plan price. How do you beat that? No wonder their Number ONE in customer service and support! Needless to say, I bought a new TV with a new five-years plan.

I have t had to use this product but I have peace of mind knowing that if a lightning strike effected my tv it would be covered .

Had a large TV that started to fade after 4 years, Geek Squad service replaced it and helped with new install, and guidance and help. Ryan and Dimitri were awesome. great job easy to deal with. Took a week to call, get an appointment to come to the house, assess, replace and correct problem. Really fast turnaround. So glad i got the coverage!

Always get a warranty on all your purchases. I love the Geek Squad. They are always available to assist when the problem goes wrong with your electronics.

I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

The agent was reliable and my tv lost ita image the warranty was very easy to claim

I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

I have not had to use this time I bought the protection. It does however give me piece of mind. Another time I bought this protection and did have to use it and it was easy to have them take care of everything.

For the price is worth it take care of youre purchase since manufacturing only provides a 1 year guarantee

They are awesome I haven’t needed them for this tv but have used them many times in the oast

First I bought a top-of-the-line LG TV and I didn’t get a warranty because I didn’t think I would need it with a beautiful TV as that. sure enough 11 months into the TV the back light tube went out. And it would’ve costed more to fix than it would be to buy a new one so I bought a new TV this time I paid $80 for five year warranty which I thought was stupid for doing until 4 years later when the TV broke and thank god I got that $80 Warranty cuz it saved my but. so if you’re going to spend all that money on a nice TV I can promise u it’s well worth every extra penny to get a warranty. Even if just for peace of mind alone

Warranties can be kinda scary but sometimes needed as you never know

Great to have this just in case something goes wrong. I bout it and the one time I used it my tv died got money back. I forgot about the warranty I had but got an email to renew or it will expire!! That’s how I got $$ back! Just for that reason alone I bought another warranty!

Thank you for all your help in removing the huge program on my computer and not making fun of my really old lap top! Yes I will be in soon to get an new one.
