It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.

Added the protection while purchasing new tv. Hopefully will not be needed. Have had bad experiences with 2 tvs in the past 5 years, thus the added protection.

I have had two large tvs break and been fortunate enough to have the geek squad protection. In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

Used in the past and pretty straightforward service, they stand by their commitment to fixing your product.

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !
