Bought the 2 year protection plan and the worst service ever when calling attempting to actually schedule a repair. Been on the phone for 20 minutes now and no one has actually been able to schedule a repair for a 55 inch TV that I paid a 2 year protection plan for.

I went to the Geek Squad desk with a quick question. Nope, no can do. I had to sign in to get an appointment first. I was there at 2pm and the first open slot was at 3:45 pm. I went to Office Max and they answered my question on the spot and I did not have to buy anything.

I’ve only used Geek Squad once, and was disappointed. I was given a false sense of what Geek Squad was all about.

Got this for a PS4 and haven’t had to use it yet. I hope I never have to but I wanted some sort of insurance on my PS4

I have not had to use this but it wasn’t crazy expensive so at this point I will rate as 3 stars for cost.

I purchased a 2 year geek squad protection warranty on a tv that I got for my granddaughter. It explained that I would receive an email notice and a written copy in the mail. I received neither. I made a call to Best Buy after a month had gone by. I got passed to three different people each telling me they would connect me with the person who could help me. I got disconnected after the third person. I called back, got passed around two more times and finally got someone who said they would help me. It took him seven minutes to find my order. He said he got it straightened out and that I would get an email copy in three days and a printed copy mailed to my home in a week to ten days. That was three weeks ago and I've received nothing. I'll not buy another protection plan from Best Buy, if I even purchase another product from them. I guess I am just out the cost of the plan.

Purchased extended warranty, price is very low. Hopefully no issues should any problems arise. Good security blanket.

Purchased for a new gift TV. Hope it’s never used!

No issues yet, but if something breaks I'll see if the Geek Squad Protection does anything for me.

I have tried to use the Geek Squad a couple of times, and I have been disappointed with their service.

I simply cannot rate the Geek Squad service for our SONY 4K TV because we have not had the need to use this service.

Not good for Television sets. I never knew and I got one for my tv. The screen broke and it was not covered. Got a return for the unutilized portion

Something I always got to be sure but never ever had to use it and I am noe thinking from now on it might not be worth it!!!

Just in Case. BB offers a great plan and deal to secure the shelf-life of my greatest LG 4K HDTV!

Have not used this service at the present time. But I do plan to once a problem arises.

the gentleman that came out is good and trying but the rest of the experience i am having with the geek squad is useless cant call the store have to try to talk to someone in guetamula who does nothing but read from a computer screen. next time i will save money and buy from amazon.

I purchased this protection for my new fire smart TV. Haven't had to use it yet, so I guess that is a good thing.

I don't know how to review this as I have not needed it yet. If I use it I will update.

Five year plan purchased with the TV. Price was reasonable but will update review if we have to use the policy.
