GS always great. They are always great. I have had them come out for a few different appliances, my dryer more than once.

The last tv we got outlived the warranty by just a few months, always go with the longer plan. No regrets

I'd never purchase a large appliance or entertainment equipment without also purchasing the extended warranty as well. The piece of mind of knowing your items are covered is well worth the money spent

If you want to be covered and fell comfortable with your devices protected go ahead.

I like the option of having coverage that if something goes wrong someone will come out to repair it.

So far, so good. I have only had the latest product for 3 weeks and thankfully have not needed the service. I have used the service for other products in the past and have always had a friendly and professional experience with geek squad.

Great protection great customer service very quick with walk-ins before covid may be appointment since covid. Overall quick with services when needed for my products and high knowledge of the plans and the restrictions each plan has.

Haven’t needed to use this yet but because of the deal I got on the tv I figured I’d add this plan. Had a friend need pixel replacement twice and though the tv is great can’t be too safe so went with the 5 year protection to be safe .

I love best buy and they use to be the best but know its like they find loop holes to not service you device. I had a kids tablet that i bought in a package deal around Christmas i bought 4 plus the protection. My son cracked the screen a few months into having it so i took it back to best buy and they tell me its not worth fixing to just get another one so i did and took it to them they tell me since i got it on sale they will only give me the price i paid for it. Which was maybe 60 dollars. But the tablet was now worth 150 or 160 cant remember so i paid the amount i ended up adding to get the new tablet for the protection plan i could of kept that money and when this happened just bought him a new tablet it didnt make since for me to pay for the protection on a marked down product which if they would of told me i wouldnt of because it aint good for nothing on a item thats marked down. Unless its a very expensive marked down electronic.

I had to utilize Geek Squad when one of my TV’S screen became pixilated. In order to correct the problem it will cost just as much to fix as if you were purchasing another TV. With my protection plan I was able to select another TV or of equal value .

Best coverage ever, hassle-free. If they can't fix it they will replace it.

Always comes in handy to have the extra protection. Had to use it once and the process was great for a free replacement.

I will be taking my TV in for service today to figure out what the solid light issue is.

I purchased a 5 year warranty protection plan. Hopefully I will never have to use it but if I do I am glad I have it. I purchased the same plan on an older tv I bought from best buy years ago and it was totally worth it. If you are buying an expensive tv I would highly recommend it just to give yourself the peace of mind.

The 5-year Geek Squad protection plan was an excellent investment, and was only a few dollars more than the 3-year plan. This gives assurance that the total investment for our Samsung TV of about 2 thousand dollars is protected.

Don't want to have one component go south and leave your whole setup in a lurch, right? Your best bet is to just throw money at the protection plan for each item. Worst case scenario you'll never need it and curse this review for making you spend extra money, but in a pinch? You'll be grateful.

Purched the agreement for my television incase something happens to it. 1st ever sony television i have purchased and wanted the extra protection for piece of mind!!
