Absolutely worth it if you purchase an OLED TV. One of the few warranties that covers OLED burn in, which is still a thing and well worth protection on an LG CX OLED.

It’s a decent TV for the price paid. Has a lot of features to learn and familiarize. Maximum volume could be louder. Would invest in a sound bar for entertaining.

WE LOVE our usual tech - all of them are great! They always make sure we understand what's wrong and what they're going to do to fix it.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

Definitely worth the money to protect my sons new tv for 5 years. He uses this with his ps5 every single day of his existence. It feels good to sleep at night.

Even though stock is limited more than it used to be, I found a comparable replacement for my TV when it had isssues. Love that the cost of extended warranties have come down over the years.

Just not long enough, seems like we should have went with the 5 year plan and all would have been okay

I have used geek squad in the past and their service has been consistently great as always for many, many years.

I just love Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plan. I never have a hassle when needing to return something. I don't even have to have the receipt. They just look-up my phone number and find everything they need.

This is my second Geek Squad protection plan my TV screen was broke and they replaced it and I purchase another warranty through them they really stand behind their warranties you won't find that anywhere else

I love this program, I am not really tech savy and the new Tvs are much smarter than I. Whenever I have a problem with my Sony Bravia and my Samsung Qled I just call and they come out and fix the problem for me. Usually its not the Tv, just the lack of knowledge of the user. LOL

Called them because of problems with the screen and the GEEK SQUAD diagnosed it and knew what was wrong with it immediately.

This is just the best. Would buy again!! Best Buy is just the best enjoy buying my electronics here :-)

My westinghouse 46" died on me luckily right before 4 yr warranty expired. Used warranty to purchase this cheaper tv, but it's bigger, better quality pic, picks up more free channels with the antennnae and got another 5 yr warranty. Had $150 leftover to finally buy me a keurig 2.0. Very pleased with Best buy warranty program. No need to hang on to receipt, all info stays in your best buy account if you need to use the warranty.

What I love about geek squad protection is that Best Buy has it for everyone and everything on new and open boxes and it has the same protection, and they can fix it on the store and I don’t need to ship anything! Thankyou
