After my last TV went kaput in a year and a half, having the protection plan was a must. Easy to set up getting a replacement if something goes wrong.

For the price you can't go wrong. These smart TVs seem to have too many intricacies not to get the 5 year plan. Price was great.

Got the protection plan to cover my new Ultra HD 40K TV!! Can't imagine buying a quality (and pricy!) piece of electronics and not having the experience and expertise of the Geeks as my backup!! I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed!!

I’m giving Geek squad this review from other purchases over time. I’ve not need to use this but it will come in handy out here in the Village. Expensive to ship on small plane back to town.

The agent over the phone was very friendly about helping me with my broken tv to replace it with a new one. Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.

Nothing last anymore, so you better get a warranty how ever they price adjust it. Its like driving a new car off a dealership. The price goes down on what you orignally pay for it. So if you paid $1200 for a tv and 2 years later with a warranty the will adjust to about $900 that they will give back to you to get another tv plus a $250 five year warranty.

This is one of the best protection plans I have ever seen. I rest easy knowing that this plan is in place. If they can't fix the problem, they replace the covered item. Simply put; this protection plan is far superior to plans offered by Best Buy competitors!

Haven’t had to use them yet, but the price is great and I have heard great things about the geek squad

it's a peace of mine that you know if anything go wrong with the product it will cover you up to 5 yrs

Years ago, I relied on manufacturers warranties until I had a really, REALLY bad experience. I now buy Geek Squad protection for every Best Buy purchase and am 100% satisfied. They're well trained, show up on time and fully explain the issue. Worth every dime!

Always make sure u get this cause if something goes wrong u can always bring it back and exchange it

My tv went out and the service allowed me to replace it with a new equivalent tv. They were very professional and efficient in solving my problem. I would recommend especially if are buying a expensive item.

The 2 men that delivered the freezer took it from the Box bring it into the house set it up open the Freezer set all the racks in everything was perfect 2 great service man they even took the empty Box..

2 year peice of mind. Especially since I was installing it myself over a fireplace. I Needed to know if I make a mistake and break something DURING INSTALL I would be covered

I rather be protected than not being protected. Fair price
