Great when u need it but kind of expensive depending on the product price

Love this TV. The picture is amazing. I love that it allows you to play Xbox through the cloud.

It's great to have the piece of mind this is there in case of anything.

I had an LG tv before and didn't buy the protection and when it was still under warranty it would have been so much easier if I had purchased the protection. I totally believe in it and my friends have told me also how good it is too.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS SERVICE SHOULD BE RATED. I BOUGHT A CHEAP TV THAT MAY NEED TO BE SERVICED IN THE FUTURE. HAD THE TV FOR THREE WEEKS SO FAR SO GOOD NO NEED FOR THE SERVICE

I'm concerned that a ROKU TV brand will not hold up like a top of the line brand such as Samsung or Sony. I felt I needed this extended warranty just in case.

Have never had an issue with Geek Squad to help me with any issues regarding the products I had purchased the plan for. You can’t go wrong purchasing the protection plans.

I think the 5 year plan is good for TVs. This insures that you have a TV for at least that long. Unlike CRTs, flat screens don't seem to last forever. If you're willing to replace on your own or trust the manufacture to last then you can skip the plan.

I bought this protection because I thought it was a great deal. With the advice of the salesperson it’s better to have than not have just in case I don’t understand something. These days nobody wants to take the time to read

For my big-item purchase that contains delicate electronics, this seemed like a good idea, "just in case." So far so good, but you never know, and it does give me peace of mind.

It great if tv ever goes out out and if don’t have money

I purchased a televison and of course I had to also purchase the 5 Year Geek Squad Protection Plan. It gives me peace of mind that if I were to have any problems at all with my tv I can count on Geek Squad repairing or replacing my product.

We have always bought Geek Squad protection on anything we buy from BestBuy... To us its just smart to buy it. You can't go wrong buying protection on electronics.

I bought the 5 year warranty because the TV I purchase was worth $4000. I don't have to worry about my TV if something goes wrong. I will be fully covered.

I knocked my TV over, it shattered. I'll not buy another piece of technology without a plan.
