No one ever wants to have to use this but it’s best safe than sorry so we always opt for this added coverage. It’s so much less stress when something goes wrong and just added peace of mind for that “what if” moment. Definitely worth the investment.

Bought this with my LG OLED and have had to exchange my TV twice! No hassle exchange both times and now have a beautiful TV. Happy with the service and piece of mind.

Although I normally pass on extended warranties, I purchased this because my old set, a Samsung QLED, went out after 4 years. I guess I was a little shell shocked since I usually get 6-8 years out of a set. We’ll just have to see!

I have not had to use this protection product but purchased it based on Best Buy's overall reputation and good personal experience in Best Buy stores. I believe it is fairly priced for the coverage provided.

Always buy the protection plan when you buy something. I bought some 150$ Headphones for my pc last year. They ended up breaking and not working. I still had the protection plan on it so they replaced it and cause the price went down they gave me a gift card with the remaining balance. Really worth your money to buy the protection.

I purchased something and needed to return it, turned out I exchanged it for something else and the Geek Squad helped me figure out how to use it. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable!

I bought this protection only because it was not so expensive and figured why not. Manufacturers don't make things to last like they use to so I figure i protect myself just in case.

So far have been happy with Geek Squad. They seem to be very helpful for someone like me who is not up on electronics. I depend on them to fix and solve problems when needed.
