I always buy an extended protection warranty and Best Buy always honors it when warranted

My westinghouse 46" died on me luckily right before 4 yr warranty expired. Used warranty to purchase this cheaper tv, but it's bigger, better quality pic, picks up more free channels with the antennnae and got another 5 yr warranty. Had $150 leftover to finally buy me a keurig 2.0. Very pleased with Best buy warranty program. No need to hang on to receipt, all info stays in your best buy account if you need to use the warranty.

Have always shopped at Bestbuy because of geek squad.Great service and staff .Haventbdisappointed us yet at least not at University Bestbuy in Florida.I’m confident all others won’t disappoint either. Hopefully new yearly service is just as well as monthly per item service.

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

Have always had good service with Geek Squad! They take care of the issue and genuinely help.

Great sales associate was a terrific help with great advice and assistance. He was such a big help and did a fabulous job of up-selling the products I was just checking stuff out.

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

I have never had any trouble getting replacements for products that have gone bad within the warranty period. It is money well spent if you do not want to have to pay to replace the product if it is defective outside of the manufacturers warranty.

The agent over the phone was very friendly about helping me with my broken tv to replace it with a new one. Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.
