I said this before geek squad warranty and service is unbelievable and unbeatable

Haven't used it yet, but reassuring that if the television breaks or anything happens to it, Geek Squad will take care of it. Main reason i purchased it was the reassurance and safety.

The gentleman at the Geek Squad counter was very helpful with giving me ideas on what could be wrong with my tablet. Although he was unable to fix the problem, he did his best at trying to help and gave me advice for when I contacted Samsung.

I know the Geek Squad is a great addition to Best Buy, I purchased the Warranty, because I trust both Best Buy, and Geek Squad.

Ain't nobody breaking my TV again so help me god, got that good insurance

When dealing with any technology, a warranty is not something to pass up.

Only used geek squad twice in my life but both times it went smooth with no issues. Highly recommend with any large purchase

I had issues with the tv i purchased and they came out multiple times and took care of it. Tv has been running great. Very nice and friendly

Knowing that your purchase is protected is great! It has helped me on a few occasions.

You gotta get the geek squad protection plan. They take care of any problems you may encounter and fast. I would never buy any electronics without a protection plan and this is a good one.

I always purchased an extended warranty for piece of mind especially with an expensive electronic products hopefully if I ever needed to use it it would cover it with no pressure

The Warranty is amazing, if something happens with your device you can just bring it in. Repairs are usually 1-2 weeks but if you qualify for a replacement then you just saved yourself so much money!

I recently purchased a Samsung 65" LED 1080 P Smart TV on an Open Box special. Someone brought it back because it didn't fit, but it was perfect for my needs. Additionally I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan because 1) The TV is on a lot, and 2) It would cost a lot to get it fixed. So I thought this would be a prudent expense.

Its great to have this protection. My Insigna T V went out after 2 years and having this protection it was a simple and easy exchange process

The agents mounted my tv and connected it to all my devices

Worth the peace of mind. Especially if you have children and/or pets.

The protection here is stellar, always had a easy transaction.

I like the warranty for the price which includes the Geek squad!
