It's an average protection plan and nothing else. Hopefully I'll never have to use. Bestbuy has lost touch with their loyal customer base in regards that they want to push That 179.99 a year Total Tech Plan every time you purchase an item and that's where you are automatically enrolled in a card blanche protection plan (FOR AS LONG AS YOU PAY 179.99 YEARLY)!!! Making the regular protection plan mediocre at best. A SCAM and a money grab if you ask me. especially when for as far as I can remember I've been an Elite Status member for spending a certain amount of money a year and now anyone can become an Elite Member for 49.99. Doesn't matter how much you spend in their store. SCAM!

Very professional team installed my TV and took away the old one. All my questions were answered,

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.

Best warranty on the market, the geek squad member was vary nice, I couldn't be any happier

Great quality, image is really need, excellent size for a living room, really fast, I would definitely recommended, and for the price you can't find a cheaper one.

I mean all I did was get protection. If anything happens to my TV then I'll be able to get it fixed, so it definitely lowers my anxiety around that.

The first tv i got was cracked in the box so i returned it and was able to get a new one. Thanks!

This is a great protection plan considering it’s only $19.99. My T.V. wasn’t displaying a picture only sound. Took it to the Geek Squad and they replaced it for me. It was fast and easy. The staff was also great! Biji was great, very professional, helpful and nice. This was definitely a pleasant experience!

Best Buy & geek squad always resolve any & all problems. Have never had any issue getting help with any situation I’ve had. Buy all my electronics here and will continue to do so.

Not much to say since just got it and nothing gone wrong yet, hope you don't need it but feel relief that do. Just reviewing for the gift card entry.

I won’t buy any electronics without the warranty. Best Buy backs their products wonderfully.

I love being protected for 5 years! Big purchases that may be expensive to repair or replace through no fault of mine is covered so I’m happy!

I have not had a chance to actually use them but I have heard a lot of great things. I hope that I do not need to use them and this was just for protection but from what I have heard, they are well trained individuals.

I bought a tv 8 years ago without a protection plan in it started malfunctioning 1 month after the basic manufacturer warranty expired. Vowed never to get a tv without it after that. Always recommend the warranties now
