Thankfully my old 55" TV had a 5 year warranty. After 4 1/2 years, the board started to go out. It turned out that the TV was not worth the money to repair and they honored my warranty and I was able to get a new TV (60"), and since TV's have come down in price significantly, I was able to get the TV, new 5 year warranty, delivery and set up, and still get $300 back in Best Buy cash.

Exceptional service provided by the Geek Squad. Best Buy is my go to for all electronics. They provide great customer service, products and prices.

Recently I called to have a service done on my TV that I got from Best Buy. They were quick to respond to my request, but how my TV wasn't able to be fix they helped me find a replacement one.

This very much helps a lot when you have big purchases. You need to protect your products at all times and geek. Squad protection is very helpful.

Can’t go wrong with this coverage.Even a minor repair would likely far exceed the cost of the coverage. Based on knowledge and professional activity installing the television, I am confident that any repair would go seamlessly (hopefully this will be moot)
