Good option if you need to use the service to service electronics

Best warranty for electronics! Feel much safer with the Geeksquad.

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

He was very proffessional. He was very friendly and nice. It didnt take him very long at all to put up wall mount. And he also hooked the tv up to the wall mount. It looks really good. I was very impressed.

As i am familiar with the brand & the best buy geek squad protection i highly recommend purchasing the protection its a no nonsense policy. The geek squad protection insures that your item will either be repaired or replaced.

So Far I have not needed to use this as the TV is working fine. I have only had it for about a month.

I always try to get a protection plan when i buy more expensive items.

It's a great feeling knowing that I'm covered no matter what happens.

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

Fortunately we have not had to use the geek squad warranty on our new TV. The TV is up in northern Wisconsin so next summer will be when it gets the major use. Got the warrantee is I have had experience with receivers and not getting the warranty. Not so good.

Since our new television is full of so many technological features we decided to be prepared in case something went wrong before we were ready to replace it. We also wanted to be sure that if any burn-in ever appeared on the screen, it would be covered. Hopefully we will never have to use it.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

Whenever I buy a big electronic item I always purchase a warranty you just really never know the way products are made these days. Better to be safe than sorry. And I’ve never had a problem with bringing an item back -hassle free

Bought this for my printer. When my printer quit working, Geek squad assessed it and gave me a brand new one. I was back in business the same day!

I love the laptop, like to keep them as long as possible, and this seemed prudent. I mean, I really like the laptop (Samsung Book2 360 13" screen).
