easy to understand terms and conditions. they tell you clearly what they cover, and, if they dont, how to cover what you want.

I purchased the extended warranty for my Samsung 60” tv just in case something happened to it. Luckily I did cause after two years it went out and Samsung would not help.

Haven't had to use it yet and I plan on keeping it that way. I spent a lot on a tv and this will put it to great protection.
