I had to use it so I was glad to have it. I just wasn’t happy that I had to go weeks without a computer but there was no option.

I have not had to use it yet but I am feeling comfortable knowing if I need if that it is there for me.

On more expensive electronics I always purchase the geek squad protection. Hope I don't need it...but like any insurance, offers peace of mind

Geek squad is the best service out their i always get their services and renew it this always comes in handy

I purchased this protection plan from Best Buy and I didnt use it, however it's always best to insure your merchandise!

This Samsung TV is the easiest TV to set up simply plug and play. The picture quality is excellent. The on screen guide walks you through the setup process.

The agent explained how my tv works, programmed my cable box to the mfg remote, programmed my cable box remote to the tv.

The agents mounted the tv and made sure all components were hooked up and working and I was familiar with new remote

I haven't needed this yet but I'm sure if I do I'll have no Problems. With the Geek Squad.

Haven't had to use this, hope I never will - but it's nice to know I have protection if I need it.

I was very pleased with the pricing on the 5 year extended warranty on this LED TV. I have heard great things about our local stores service as well.

I bought a new tv on black Friday and got a 5 year protection plan with it for only $60. It's hard to pass up a protection plan that breaks done to a $1 a month.
