Already had mount from old tv so it only took the agent about 30 minutes to install and have everything running

If you buy anything of value from Best Buy their warranties are great and so easy if you need to use them.

I have not use them yet but it put my mind at ease knowing it’s there if I ever need to contact them

The service department was good to work with and they went out of their way to get things going for me during the holidays...although I didn't get the TV until 12/28!

Worth every penny. My tv had a pixel problem and was swapped out for another. I gave 4 stars because I couldn’t get the same tv Samsung and was forced to get an LG.

When you buy it you will not suffering more with your product in the future especially if you need any maintenance.

All ok so far with this purchase, but I am always somewhat suspect of subscription services that renew automatically without feedback.
