Love the quality of sound and vibtant colors. the picture is very clean and high def. You can also access tons of media outlets which is awesome. Definitely recommend.

I was apparently confused on what this actually covered but the great staff at Best Buy replaced my tv with no problems! Excellent customer service!

I was under the impression that I get the replacement item..but they did not,they gave me a credit and really it’s not a full credit it’s like a minimal credit that you can use towards that Item,in my case it was a TV. I don’t know how the assessed value off the TV to the credit they offered me but I had a top up to get another TV... And by the way they Will ask you to bring the broken item or broken TV in my case And will keep it..Will probably fix it and sell it again on the open box items If it’s fixable

I won’t purchase anything over $250 without bestbuy geek squad guarantee. Totally worth it every penny.

I never buy anything with out Geek Squad insurance plan. That's way I shop at Best Buy and not Walmart or Target. Thank you Best Buy :-) Jesus Christ loves loves you!

Geek squad protection always a good idea. They give you excellent free in-home service. I have needed them in the past, and one time, paid for itself.

It’s nice to know that you have insurance in case your electronic produce goes hay wire. Glad Bestbuy offers this!

I bought this plan along with Sony xbr55x830d and as soon as I switched on tv , it had sound problem and due to this plan I got brand new factory packed tv.

G.etting insurance against defect or damage is a no brainer in my book ,some thing always goes wrong the second year of a purchase ---I'm prepared this time
