I don’t remember what this geek squad is for but it’s always good

Always trust geek squad to protect my tech even though bust buy has great return options available

The Geek Squad tech was so knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me and explained the setup. As a result, the TV works as I want!

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

Love it always good to have a warranty for products protection

Hopefully it never gets used but for the peace of mind it’s definitely worth its weight in gold

My girlfriend and I purchased the Vizio 50" M50-D1 Smartcast without knowing exactly what to expect because that model was in between the ones on display at the time. Let me tell you though, that i was blown away by this TV! We hadn't even realized until unboxing it that it came with it's own tablet/controller, which is a cool bonus feature. This 4K TV far exceeded all of my expectations, looking as crisp and vibrant as some of the much more expensive competitors on the market. For the price, you absolutely can't go wrong!!

I always get the geek squad protection plan. It was a breeze submitting a claim 2 WEEKS before it expired. Geek squad attempted to repair my tv and when they couldn’t I was given store credit to purchase a new ones no questions asked.

Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

Peace of mind with this Geek Squad protection. Would not want to have to pay more for in home repair for time and $$ to ship it somewhere.

Worry free protection. Never know when things can and will go wrong.

So easy and worth it! 5 year protection plan on a Hi Sense tv, it lasted about 4. 2 phone calls and 3 days later, brand new TV delovered to my door and they hauled away the old.

When I bought my first television from Best Buy, I purchased the geek squad protection. Thankfully, I did, as my television had problems. Upon examination of the product, I was able to get a new television under the protection. Best Buy was very helpful and honored the protection purchased by me for the television. It was a positive experience. I have since bought many more different products and always purchase the geek squad protection. It is well worth the extra money to have peace of mind. They are the best!!

Hopefully I never need the service, but it’s a good idea to purchase this warranty. Without a warranty; it would be cheaper to purchase another TV, rather than pay repair costs. And I was impressed when reading threw the details, that for TVs over 40 inches, they do in home service at no charge. Sounds great- and worth the purchase for the peace of mind. Thanks Best Buy.

Well it’s protecting so that’s good! Haven’t had to use it so that’s even better
