My LG 65" TV needed to be serviced. Polite. On time. Booties. In and out in a decent amount of time. They fixed the problem then went ahead and reprogrammed all of my devices accordingly...Thank you. I saved the big one for last...They spoke English...WELL!! and had a sence of humour.

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

The service is amazing and extremely beneficial to have for all electronic purchases.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.
