Almost every extended warranty that I’ve ever bought from Best Buy has more than paid for itself. I will continue to use Geek Squad and purchase my expensive electronics at Best Buy.

Love it love it! When working remotely from home it was so much easier then using a laptop. Love the screen size fit’s perfect on my little desk. I haven’t had any problem’s with it so far.

These warranties have suited many times. I usually don't buy them outside of Best Buy because I know they are a rip off. Best Buy honors their warranties.

Haven't had to use this service (thank God), but is worth the price. Be sure to check the item you buy it with does not already have a warranty! Best Buy loves to sucker you into this when you don't even need it on certain items.

This purchase was for my grandson who is a college student and need a tv for his room on campus. It is a wonderful fit for the size of his room and for the price it was excellent

Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my 40" UHD TV. For some reason, there developed a problem with the TV. I took it to the Geek squad, and they shipped it to Atlanta for repairs. One week later, it was returned, working flawlessly! Best insurance I could have bought!

Great graphics for The price. Its also nice how they have the quick pick options for a few apps on the remote

Very nice to have this service to play it safe when buying expensive items. Better than most other services that have been coming out recently. Highly recommended to pick this one up just in case

This service contract is well worth it. If anything goes wrong they will come fix it or replace

the squad were able to replace my tv without issue. the squad removed the old tv, hooked up the new tv, and connected all of the other devices. very satisfied.

Based on everything I've read, this is the most comprehensive protection plan one can find. I'm concerned about long-term durability of my new LG OLED and this plan covers everything I'm concerned about.

Should have bought the 5 year warranty. TV took spike a couple months after warranty ran out.
