    I purchased the protection plan for my new TV. I used the old protection plan for the old TV. Best Buy gave me credit for the broken TV and I was able to purchased a new one.

    I had purchased a 43 inch Samsung TV about two and a half years ago along with the protection plan. The TV stopped working properly, I contacted the Geek Squad no problem they gave a full refund for the TV.

    Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

    Amazing they came out to my house very professional and when they couldn't fix it I took the tv back to the store and got a full refund on a gift card to purchase my new tv so easy!!
