I believe that this is a great service plan that Best Buy offers. It guarantees that the TV will work and will fix it if there becomes internal damage. I would recommend this.

i always try to get warranty on every qualified item and have yet to regret it, geek squad is great!

Florida Geek squad has saved me so many times wether it was my headset, TV or phone it has saved me tons of money from having to rebuy a product!

I have yet to use them for this product but I have used them in the past and they are great and helpful with what I needed.

They have already helped a lot and can't out to check my TV and replaced it. Very nice people to.

Again, have always purchased these plans in the past & will continue to do so. Best Buy is great with their service.

Having a protection plan is nice. It's nice to know that if something happens to it (within reason), they can help you with it.

Worked well when my dog chewed up my JBL Charge 4 lol got a new JBL same day when I walked into bestbuy

I have piece of mind for 5 years with the purchase of the television. I hope I won’t have to use it, but so glad I have it!

You got to get the geek squad protection plan if not you’ll be paying so much to get your phone fixed

With an expensive item like this, and all the use it gets, it’s wise to purchase the insurance.

I got my TV on sale and given the excellent price, the 5yr warranty seemed like a no brainer.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.
