Growing up we always had the talk to use protection and I use the same concept for my TV purchases. Using protection gives you the peace of mind that you can do anything and if something goes wrong you have protection.. Sometimes I feel like my TV spys on me but I consider it a friend because I spend all my time with it.. Things are getting serious so pick your protection plan wisely, you may want so settle down.

Very good value to protect your resent purchase . Reasonable priced

I was a little reluctant at 1st to spend $450 for a 5 year warranty for my Samsung - 85" Class Q70A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. After reading the customer reviews from the customers that didn’t purchase it really regretted not purchasing the warranty. I feel much more comfortable now that I purchased the warranty for my tv.

I was able to get my tv delivered the next day. It was soo fast. They delivered it for free. Someone from the Geek Squad contacted me right away in the morning. I was there first delivery. It only took them 15-20 minutes to get to my house. When they got here. They asked me where I would like it. They placed the tv where I wanted it. Then they were gone it was quick and painless. I would for sure recommend the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad was excellent, but the TV is the problem. At present, the problem has not been resolved. The Hisense H5500G 43" Android LED Smart Tv demonstrates poor picture quality. The picture is often slightly blurred or temporarily cleared. This product is not acceptable. However, it is this Tv not all of them. Apparently, there is a defect.

Excellent color and everything else, could've ask for a nicer little tv. I use it for gaming on my ps5 and it is just perfect with game mode.

Great price and excellent picture. The 4k channels are amazing. I purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price. I’ve used these warranties from Best Buy in the past and TV was replaced.

Before I went to the store, I was going to buy on Amazon and get a three-year warranty for 2999 but when I went to the store for $10 more I got a five-year warranty and they would come to my house to fix it so it was a better deal

My computer got hacked I took to the geek squad they solve the problem now I have a peace of mind knowing they have my back

I just purchase the extended warranty, this time I had to get the 5 year since the last Tv I bought it was only for two years and of course the tv broke down just after the warranty expired. So I have not had the chance to utilize this warranty, but the price is very competitive for 5 years so i got it.

Best service in town you can't beat it most appliances and tvs break down after 2 year so its a must to grab a 5 year warranty and bestbuy delivers when the time is right if not tou got 1heck of a tv or appliance

5 year protection plan was affordable and gives you a extra layer of assistance if something goes wrong with your purchase.

They come out pretty timely, but never does one visit suffice. THey always have to come and diagnose then order parts and then return sometimes up to 3 times. But the service does cover repairs, and if the same problem exists 3 times, they will replace your item.

They had to come several times to fix the problem with a controller and could have done a better job with education on use of item but overall they performed well on fixing my problem. THe third visit technician was very knowledgeable and permanently fixed the difficulty with the remote controller and there was no extra charge for the last two visit. If you use them don’t be afraid to call them back if not working perfect.

Like everything about it. Was able to get coverage for five years.

Purchased this with a previous tv and when the tv’s screen was starting to go, best buy was able to replace the tv. It was worth the purchase! They did a home visit to look at the original tv and then set up a replacement with a time and date for the delivery! Highly recommend!

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

This is the best protection for all home electronics. We recently had to use it on a Large Screen TV (58 inch). The TV had a great picture, but kept having sound problems. After we had the Geek Squad out for a 3rd time in 2 years , we were given a fair credit on the unit and upgraded to a Sony 58 inch.
