Love the help I get when bring the item in to the store

Absolutely worh thw price. The tv i had the protection on went out, and the plan covered it completely. I'm currently trying tonadd the same protection plan to the new replacement tv.

The protection plan was explained to us and how it worked and it was a no-brainer as far as we were concerned. We purchased this as well along with our TV.

Love having the protection on my products in case something happens, because you never know, it's better to buy it than not need it, than to not buy it and need it, especially since the plan is cheaper than having to buy another product! Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!

Needed a way protect my new B4 model!! Highly recommend for any TV over $500.

We purchased the protection plan at the recommendation of the salesman at Best Buy. We were purchasing a new Samsung SMART 3D 4K TV and he thought we should have it for our peace of mind. We have problems with our power going out when it gets windy, and we were told that power flickering and power outages can potentially damage TVs. We opted to purchase the protection plan so we could feel better about our large investment in our new TV.

It provides a piece of mind, when buying high end items. Manufacturing warranty is great, but doesn't always cover everything and takes a lot longer than a ride to bestbuy.

I have purchased a Geek Squad service agreement on a large television once before and when it failed and required service, a repair person as scheduled quickly. The television was also replaced quickly with me making a choice on the new television at the BestBuy store. Excellent service!!

The value of geek squad protection for the amount of years it covers is great. The amount of protection that is covered also makes it worth it especially when the future is unpredictable.

I was standing over at the oled TV's and the guy who worked there asked me if I was thinking about buying one and I said yes! So he ask me to look at something he had on sale and it was a B7 55" lg oled tv! He showed me the price and my jaw dropped when I saw the price "699" and I said yes I will take it And I purchased this warranty and I am very happy with my purchase because this tv is great!
