I feel that when you spend over $300 on a tv you should buy an extended warranty! It’s better to be covered in the event something goes wrong! I like that it will be serviced in my home because of the size of the TV! So for 5 years I can be reassured that I can have my tv for years to come!

With my new MacBook, I really appreciated the Geek Squad tech’s knowledge and explanations in setting up my new MacBook Air M3.

Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

Good option if you need to use the service to service electronics

The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.

Let me tell you it is really great having the Geek Squad Protection for what ever you purchase because you never know what is going to happen to your purchase's. I have learned that before so from then on I have been getting it on what ever I get that says that I can get it just to have it.

I have this service (hopefully, I'll never need to use it) just in case I need their help with my product after the initial manufacturer's warranty is expired. In the event that may happen, I was told by Best Buy employees that the Geek Squad assistance will be straightforward and easy to use.

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.

I haven't had a need to use it yet, but definitely would recommend just for peace of mind when purchasing anything tech-wise

Best Buy has the best in damage protection. If I've ever had an issue they either fix, replace or refund. THAT'S why i always buy the piercing plans from them on my expensive items.

i got the 2 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc smart tv by mistake I meant to get the 5 year standard protection plan. Which I feel would be a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now having the plan if anything goes wrong they will fix it.

These People are well trained. Dustin and was very thorough in explaining on to operate TV with new control. Would not leave until we were completely satisfied; it was his top priority that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Peace of mind after taking 5 year purchase guarantee plan. The Bestbuy offered the 5 year program for $99 which is a reasonable price.
