The agents brought in and installed my TV perfectly.

We have had Geek Sqad for several years. Love that we can cover all of our devices. Any issues just take it in and drop it off. very quick and professional.

I LOVE my new tv. I didn't need the geek squad to hang it.

I have not had to use it yet. And I pray I will not have to. But I am glad I brought it. This is my second TV from Best Buy. I never had a problem with the first TV.

Very reliable and software updates are quickly installed

I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

Haven't had to use it yet, but it will be worth the money if the tv dies before the 5 year mark.

Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!

Hope to never have to use this on the TV we purchased for the family room

About 15 months after purchasing my 65 inch Hisense TV it developed a problem. Periodically, I would have to unplug the TV and then plug it back in in order to get it to turn on. The Geek Squad was unable to secure the parts necessary to correct this problem, so they delivered and installed a new TV. I was very pleased with this outcome and the prompt service.

Haven’t had to use it yet, but from everything they say that you get, I am very glad as a single older woman I have it.

[Employee of bestbuy] Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Always great experience and service, appointments always in time

This protection plan is a must , it’s always good to protect your electronics , you never know what can happen , all this years being a BB customer the protection plans have saved me lot of money on repairs

They are great. Very Helpful. I love the 24/7 support they have. My son threw somthing at my tv but because I have the protection I can get the TV fixed.

Wouldn't buy a product without protection and I know it will be worth it if something goes wrong

My son is not the easiest on equipment and there really needs the protection
