My TV was poorly packaged and arrived broken and cracked. One call to the Geek Squad and arrangements were made for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund on the TV and 5 year protection plan.

It's great to know that I have a service plan in case something goes wrong.

Geek squad changed my tv components when i bought my first samsung and everytime I had an issue with the TV they would take care of it

Haven't had any need to utilize, but have in the past and received great service.

Bought this because my 18 month old Bravia x85k stopped working. Have not had to use it yet. $300 for 5 years on a $1500 tv

I feel that when you spend over $300 on a tv you should buy an extended warranty! It’s better to be covered in the event something goes wrong! I like that it will be serviced in my home because of the size of the TV! So for 5 years I can be reassured that I can have my tv for years to come!

This is a very valuable warranty for five years after original warranty

I purchased the Geek Squad protection because I've unfortunately had to use it once before on a 75" TV which was only a year old. The process was quite easy and I received an extremely equitable resolution.

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

I have this service (hopefully, I'll never need to use it) just in case I need their help with my product after the initial manufacturer's warranty is expired. In the event that may happen, I was told by Best Buy employees that the Geek Squad assistance will be straightforward and easy to use.
