So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.

Every item I purchase from Best Buy I always get an extended warranty one thing I say about Best Buy they stand behind their warranties thank you very much keep up be good work.

The Squad of Geeks at Best Buy have saved my butt more times than I can count - I am grateful to the protection that I have under them.

Bought a new 75"tv and thought it would be in my best interest to get.

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

For higher price items I've always bought extended warranties from BEST BUY. They have great customer service and and support with these warranties if you ever have an issue during the warranty period you purchase....

Just bought a 58" Vizio 4K Smart TV, and added this 5 year extended IN-HOME service warranty, for $99.00. We have Geek Squad Protection on ALL our Best Buy products.... laptops, tv's, cameras, etc. Haven't used any of the warranties, yet, but they are in place, if necessary. For a $500.00 tv, that's only $20.00 per year..... pretty cheap "insurance", huh?!

Love the peace of mind that comes with Geek Squad. We always add it to purchases that we make that we know will be used daily incase something happens.

I would never purchase any electronics without the Geek Squad service. It gives me the peace of mind that I will not be alone if or when problems arise.

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

This is a service plan, an insurance plan for any possible issues w/ the equipment we purchased. The actual evaluation isn't particularly valid until such time we have to make a call... then, truth will out.

I just added to protection plan they did not install. And it was installed by me.
