There is no other store that provides the same protection as Geek Squad. I get it on everything I buy! They make it so simple, and if I ever have a problem, I feel safe. I have had to replace 2 different items in the past year. With other stores, i feel like I am being interrogated. Not at Best Buy. Here's the problem, here's the replacement. Done!

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Each and every time I have called the agents are professional and know what they are doing....from guest service to tech issues and I feel valued as a customer. I wholly recommend anyone with modern electronics in their homie to have this service. It has saved me much stress and money.

Glad we bought it last time. More than paid for itself

Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of these TV Warranties several times, even to the point that I received 2 NEW / REPLACEMENT TVs and would have been out a lot of money for the replacements and work if I had NOT PURCHASED these warranties! The up front price may seem high at the time but most likely would be less that the first service call!

The Geek squad agent was able to advise me on options for my car installed and completed the installation on a timely and professional service. My laptop was also remotely repaired in a very professional manner to my satisfaction.

The Geek Squad from Best Buy is wonderful, this is my second warranty with Best Buy. The one I already purchased for my washing machine was well worth the purchase, the Geek Squad would send someone to the house to do the repairs free of charges

I purchased the protection plan for a very expensive tv that I purchased. It suffered a power surge failure only a few weeks after I got it home, and I was so happy that I had protection! They came out and delivered a new tv with no hassle. Great service!

As a former employee and someone who still shops at best buy a lot getting the protection plan is a no brainer for TVs and anything that has the "accidental handling" plan.

i recently had to replace a tv after 2 years of use. The geek squad looked at it and it was not repairable. They gave me the money I spent on the TV as a store credit and I purchased another TV.

I purchased a 40" Sony with extended warranty. At about month 14, std warranty ended at month 12, I suffered a lightning strike that took out my TV. I brought it in to Best Buy, they shipped it off for analysis and they gave me a full credit. I used that credit plus some cash to purchase a new Sony 65" XBR 4k TV. Awesome pic.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

They delivered my SAMSUNG TV to the third floor and as planned.
