I absolutely love the Geek Squad. Anytime I call with any questions (no matter how simple, hard or ridiculous) they find the best answers and give the best advice. The reason I insist on purchasing all of my electronics at best buy is solely due to the Geek Squad.

Hope to never use but wish I had bought it last time when my tv started playing up after two years and I spent a lot more to get repairs completed.this time there won’t be any issues hopefully or it’s less than a dollar a week to guarantee resolution.

The replacement plans with Best Buy are great. If anything happens you just bring the item back and get a gift card to repurchase or you can purchase something else.

I appreciate the fact, geek squad will come out if necessary, opposed to me having to lug the merchandise back to the store!

I can really appreciate the protection plan & the geek squad. It's really a great idea to get the coverage on everything. I had my tv almost a month something happened with red dots throughout the tv & there replacing it at no cost to be brand new. Always get the coverage!!

Still haven’t had a chance to use it for my recent purchase but geek squad is always reliable and useful in a time of troubleshooting your home electronics

2 year plan for sound bar is good to have in case speakers have issues within those years of break in use

Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

worth the money. all electronics are made NOT TO LAST these days. usually about 3-4 yrs. so these warranties are excellent

This was a great purchase. I don't have to worry if something goes wrong. If it does I can just pick up the phone schedule an appointment for the Geek squad to come out. I leave it to the professionals.
