some people believe that if you buy warranty that something will go wrong with a product buy in the long run its woth every penney because lets say you buy a tv and add warrantty for $100 more for 5 years and if anything is wrong with the tv they will basically give you a free tv because to repair it cost more money for them

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

The Tv was changed when i returned it cos itwas damaged

The agent had great customer service and great communication. He explained every step in the process of fixing my tv and made sure all my appointments were scheduled at convenient times for me.

So glad to be able to have this protection because with having 3 boys in the house, you never know what could happen.

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

Protection plans are an absolute must and they have actually saved me when things go wrong from having an expensive paperweight.

I have been dealing with Best Buy for over 15 years. I always purchase their Geek Squad protection plan if it is offered, regardless of what I purchased. I remember all too well the high cost of simple fixes on my computers before I became aware of Best Buy's Geek Squad. They will save you loads of money, believe me.

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible
