It’s important to have this service in case anything happens to my tv

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

Standard Geek Squad Protection provides me peace-of-mind on my Sony 4K HDR TV purchase for five years. And I can always return to the store for electronics advice - something you can't do with a regular extended warranty.

I normally don't buy extended warranties, but this warranty was a good value for the 5 year plan. Hopefully we won't need it, but I have peace of mind knowing the T.V covered if anything goes wrong.

Almost every extended warranty that I’ve ever bought from Best Buy has more than paid for itself. I will continue to use Geek Squad and purchase my expensive electronics at Best Buy.

The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

I can see needing this protection when the Television goes on the blink.

Got the plan and used it on a computer that got damaged by water spill by my kid. They allow you to replace it or get money back.

I'm glad I purchased this plan because my old TV went out after having it for 2 years and to fix it would cost the same as a new one. This plan will save me a lot of money if something goes wrong with my new TV

I purchased the 5 Yr Geek Squad Protection Pan for my Purchase just incase the worst happens and I need to Repair or have the Item Replaced. In my Opinion I think it was expensive for a 5 Year Plan. Also, it has many Restrictions that is in Fine Print that it does NOT cover. But in my opinion I paid so much for my TV I wanted to be Safe and not sorry.

It’s a decent TV for the price paid. Has a lot of features to learn and familiarize. Maximum volume could be louder. Would invest in a sound bar for entertaining.

Best Buy's customer service team is exceptional. They treated us like royalty when we returned to non-working laptops for refunds and again when our online purchase was messed up. They resolved all of our issues immediately and fairly. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Have used Geek squad protection before and never has an issue.

Definitely worth the extra cost for peace of mind. Our other TV died a month after the warranty expired and we didn't get an extended warranty on it, so we learned our lesson.

A must have protection plan especially for after the manufacturer warrànty ends. If they cant fix it they replace it.

This is just the best. Would buy again!! Best Buy is just the best enjoy buying my electronics here :-)
