My last TV burned out after 4 years and I didn't have any protection. This was a no-brainer to pay a few extra bucks a month to cover myself.

My son likes it. He wants a different one but I believe he is liking this 1 now.

I bought this for an open box TV, but I have returned the TV and never used this.

Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.

Excellent service, In Puerto Rico, but the center call was not easy to me. I like to make the appointment direct in stores.

2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection Always reliable

I like the size and roku built in for the low price i paid. The picture is very sharp but the downside is my speaker was not compatible.

I get geek squad coverage with almost all purchases from best buy. Making a claim is so easy. Either repair or replacement it's way better than having to pay full price for a new item.

Haven't had the need to use this yet, but bought for extra insurance.

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

[Employee of bestbuy] The extended warranty covers any damages. Seen a lot of tvs die out. Nice safety measure for the price.

5 years protection, nce to work with, good customer support.

I haven’t used them yet, but I’m confident that if I need to call them they will get the job done.

The 5 year protection plan is the only plan that is worth it in my opinion, as 1 or 2 years is too short of a time for anything to happen to a TV. But 5 years is long enough for some kind of accident to happen, especially if you have kids.
