Great protection with BestBuy you can always be sure they will fix it or replace it

I would recommend Geek squad warranties on anything expensive. a few hundred dollars saved me over a thousand dollars in replacement costs.

Haven't used Geek Squad yet, but the warranty is better than the other ones available elsewhere online, cheaper, and for 5 years instead of 4.

Had a issue with previous purchased tv. Returned to store. Determined value was not worth repair. Received full credit purchase price towards a new TV. Will include geek squad for all my big purchases.

Amazing they came out to my house very professional and when they couldn't fix it I took the tv back to the store and got a full refund on a gift card to purchase my new tv so easy!!

Had a 65 in tv and used this program, they made it really simple to get a replacement tv and newer model.

This unit is a great clean power source to have and has 11 plugs on the back to plug your tv, xbox, computer, printer, sound bar, that protects them from power surges and gives you clean power no distortion, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

This was a bit pricy, but after our Samsung TV started acting up after two years, we felt obligated to purchase. Glad this one is for five years, even if I had purchased the two year warranty for my Samsung TV, it would have not been valid.

It’s been ok. They deff are helpful. I had a replacement remote ordered but it was the wrong remote. Hopefully they will fix this soon

Great value. Well worth it. Take care of any issues or damage that might come up for a full five years.

Luckily I had a protection plan on my old samsung TV, because when the sound went out, I was able to get it sent in to be fixed twice, but with no luck, and then got a free replacement; never had to spend a penny except on a new protection plan.

Bought this for my new QD OLED TV, I hope nothing happens to it but will be good for the peace of mind.
