Well worth the cost! We have used it several times already. From new hard drive installs to virus problems to just can’t get things right problems. They have solved them all.

This is my 2nd tv in the past 3 years that has been replaced by the added warranty. Service reps are great respond in a timely manner. I happy with their service!

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

Geek Squad Protection is a must, even if you have your own IT group... there is Power In Numbers! We've had excellent customer support and the Squad are very professional individuals.

Haven't used it yet, but reassuring that if the television breaks or anything happens to it, Geek Squad will take care of it. Main reason i purchased it was the reassurance and safety.
