I got the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection because the protection that comes with being a member doesn't cover parts and it's an expensive top-of-the-line TV. I've purchased this before with my older TV and needed to be fixed before the 5 years were up. They sent someone to make sure it was broken, and within an hour, got a credit for a new TV. Closes TV to an OLED I've seen, just got to mess around with some of the setting to get the highlights and darks balanced out and you will be blown away with the how deep the contrast and colors are. This TV replaces my 2017 65" LG OLED in the living room that's how good this TCL is.

Love this tv as it has a bright and colorful display with deep blacks given it’s an OLED. Supports for PS5 was a must and this was a solid choice. Alexa doesn't turn on/off the tv however. Does work with smart cameras. If only Best Buy and Geek Squad had sent a notification email about the 60 day extended warranty limit from the day the Warentee I purchased ran out I would be stuck without any Warentee on this investment.

So I was in a crunch with a rental lease I needed printed but it would not print. After days of trying everything I could think of, I went in to see what I wasn’t doing correctly. That’s all I needed. I had the least on a thumb drive but it still wouldn’t work. That’s how simple it should have been but unfortunately, this day was the first day they made a policy to ONLY WORK WITH APPOINTMENTS. So you have 6 geeks having a great time behind the counter asking people as they walked up “do you have an appointment?” And like me, “no I just need to ask you why this isn’t working”. “Sorry, you have to have an appointment And you’ll have to go to the front counter and they will make you an appointment” I witnessed six people having a great time turning customers away.
