I would recommend this for any led or lcd tv. As time progresses single pixels may go out (has happened to me) and the entire panel will have to be replaced. This becomes expensive and after time passes they will just fulfill your warrantee on the tv because the panels are not made any more. I had a pixel go out and it drove me crazy having a white spec on the screen. Ultimately it's up to you however.

Always get the protection!!!! Even when you think you don’t need it I promise you that you will. If you get a horrible power surge and your TV goes out Geek Squad will be able to fix it or replace it so you don’t have to spend a thousand on a new one!

I bought this warranty with an open box tv and ended up not using it because I returned the tv because it was a bad tv. My thoughts on the protection are good though. Especially when you buy gaming systems for kids. I didn't repurchase the warranty because the tv I ended up buying cost more than what I purchased the protection and the insignia tv for.

I usually don't buy extended warranties but this was offered at a real reasonable price. I was purchasing an Insignia TV and was a little unsure on of the quality. The TV has exceeded expectations and I have not needed to use the protection so far. At least I have piece of mind in case something does go wrong. In that respect it has been well worth it.

I’m elderly and not good with computers so it absolutely pays me to have help,ALOT. The Geeksquad is available anytime, their nice, patient, understanding and very helpful. I had an issue with my TV. Tje replacement parts were unavailable. My TV without was replaced without a deduction for depreciation and without hesitation.

The geek squad is also so helpful with computer and tv repairs.

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

The Geek Squad protection plan is the best money can buy. It will certainly pay for itself if you need it. Nothing will last forever, but the protection will be there for you. Don't hesitate to get the protection.

Amazing warranty, i hope i never have to use it but I sat down and spoke to a rep at the store and they answered every question i could come up with. I wish i remembered the guy name but it gave me extra confidence that i made the right decision.

I got this coverage because we are moving to CT in June and I wanted to protect my new TV for the move. Turned out I needed it about a month after I bought the TV. Called the Geek Squad and they came right out. Ordered the part and had it shipped to my home. They were there 2 days later and installed the part and TV has worked great ever since.

The geek squad protection is something that is a must for an expensive appliance. I brought one for my sony tv and it crapped out in 1 year and they gave me my money back. I am going to buy it again. Deciding if i will buy another sony...

They are always amazing and knowledgable each and evey time I have had to call or have them fix something.

I've used this on 2 previous Samsung TVs. All went out at the 2 year mark(both replaced by Geek Squad). Purchased a Sony OLED with 5 year protection and already passed the 2 year mark so all is good!
