It’s important to have this service in case anything happens to my tv

So far have been happy with Geek Squad. They seem to be very helpful for someone like me who is not up on electronics. I depend on them to fix and solve problems when needed.

This has saved us so much money. They mounted my 75" TV and there was no way I was doing that for $50. We also had an issue with a MAC at the house and they remoted in and took care of us. Great job and worth the money by far.

I haven't had to use them since I haven't had issues with my products but I can at least sleep easy knowing that it won't cost near as much to repair the item if something does go wrong.

Don't want to have one component go south and leave your whole setup in a lurch, right? Your best bet is to just throw money at the protection plan for each item. Worst case scenario you'll never need it and curse this review for making you spend extra money, but in a pinch? You'll be grateful.

I have not needed with my TV but in the distant past used the Geek Squad for a lap top.

The Geek squad was great. Came in and set up my tv on my entertainment center. Very professional and great service. Made sure that I was pleased.

They did a great job. Serviced my old tv and deemed it couldn’t be fixed and I got credit towards my new tv. Made the whole process super easy

I believe in warranties. If your TV breaks, bestbuy geek squad will give you back what you payed for or you get to put it towards a new TV.

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

My entire household fully recommends Geek Squad services, esp their extended warranty service. It is simply a no brainer. Less headache in times of issues, and they are very very professional,..!

Not sure what item I bought this for but since my Samsung experience I won’t not buy a warranty on bigger investments. Quality of items anymore is junk and need protection with high costs and inflation make living unaffordable

Bought this with my LG OLED and have had to exchange my TV twice! No hassle exchange both times and now have a beautiful TV. Happy with the service and piece of mind.

I love having the piece of mind that well qualified techs are there to help me if I have an issue.

Would recommend adding coverage , reliable and a good price

Easy to buy but so far we have not had to use it. The only concern so far was handled by the manufacturer.

We had a TCL television that failed in 2 years and we had the extended warranty. We are sure glad we had geek squad come out quickly and diagnose that the television was defective. That is why we bought Geek squad extended warranty again

I like the idea of in-home service. It would be a pain to dismount from wall to bring it in for service.
