    I like the idea of in-home service. It would be a pain to dismount from wall to bring it in for service.

    I have had to file claims over the last few years and Geek Squad has never disappointed. Whether it was replacing a TV remote or a cell phone screen, they got me back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. I buy Geek Squad protection for most of my big Best Buy purchases

    I love best buy and they use to be the best but know its like they find loop holes to not service you device. I had a kids tablet that i bought in a package deal around Christmas i bought 4 plus the protection. My son cracked the screen a few months into having it so i took it back to best buy and they tell me its not worth fixing to just get another one so i did and took it to them they tell me since i got it on sale they will only give me the price i paid for it. Which was maybe 60 dollars. But the tablet was now worth 150 or 160 cant remember so i paid the amount i ended up adding to get the new tablet for the protection plan i could of kept that money and when this happened just bought him a new tablet it didnt make since for me to pay for the protection on a marked down product which if they would of told me i wouldnt of because it aint good for nothing on a item thats marked down. Unless its a very expensive marked down electronic.

    My Sony TV went out I had a 5-year contract it took 27 days to fix it without a TV it pretty well sucked so just remember if you purchase this warranty you will be in the same boat as I was

    Renewed prodection plan for a return of an older lg television that went bad for a new samsung 4k television. Got the 5 year protection plan for about $90. Will keep my television protected for the next 5 years and am happy about it. Great price for a $450 television. Would recommend highly to anyone.

    So far, so good. I have only had the latest product for 3 weeks and thankfully have not needed the service. I have used the service for other products in the past and have always had a friendly and professional experience with geek squad.

    Yes I bought it because TVs suck and after a little while don’t work right welcome to the age of throwing crap out. This is not a waste if you know that it cost more to just mount the new tv than have the pros handle it

    Haven’t needed to use this yet but because of the deal I got on the tv I figured I’d add this plan. Had a friend need pixel replacement twice and though the tv is great can’t be too safe so went with the 5 year protection to be safe .

    Great protection great customer service very quick with walk-ins before covid may be appointment since covid. Overall quick with services when needed for my products and high knowledge of the plans and the restrictions each plan has.

    this is the third year in a row that I've belonged to the GS service. so easy when computer idiot here cannot get something to go right or just to even have a tune-up done every couple of months. does require you to be semi-present at computer to talk with your live agent, but worth it.

    Got this 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for a TV. I have kids, so you never know what will happen.... seeing how they broke the last TV that was over 10 years old where this one was going in at. Gotta be prepared.

    I purchased a 5 year warranty protection plan. Hopefully I will never have to use it but if I do I am glad I have it. I purchased the same plan on an older tv I bought from best buy years ago and it was totally worth it. If you are buying an expensive tv I would highly recommend it just to give yourself the peace of mind.

    We were so pleased that we purchased the protection plan. During a terrible storm, lightning took our TV out. The Geek Squad came to our home, evaluated the damage, ordered the parts that were needed and fixed our TV. It's working great!

    Geek Squad resolved my problem with one call

    It took a few minutes, and a couple transfers, and this was my first call to the Geek squad, but with their patience, my problem was resolved on the first call. Definitely worth the price of the fee for the maintenance. Thanks, Best Buy.

    I was sold the display model Samsung tv and it was about 2 years old already. My salesman recommended the coverage just in case and I felt it was a wise choice!
