Always could to have protection in case you need it!

We purchased this TV protection plan just in case we need it . Last time we didn't buy it but I wish we did .

Always good to have extra protection on things you pay good money for..

I love geek squad there always been there when I call

I decided to get the protection for my tv. I felt it would benefit me

It wasn't very expensive to get the extra protection so it is worth it to me. So far, we have not had to use it.

We already have an Insignia and love it, so when we needed another tv for a different room we chose this brand again.

An ant died behind my screen (darn you, nature!). An agent came in a day or two and assessed the problem. Soon after a team came and took the old tv and replaced it. Due to the age of my TV, Samsung no longer makes them. The team did not set up the new tv, but I'm ok with it. The downside is that my original TV was replaced with one that was worth half the price. While the picture quality is good, its not equivalent to what I originally purchased. My current TV may be the last one I use an extended warranty for.

The representative was able to help with issues on phone.

Just a extended warranty added to purchase. I love geek squads warranties.
