I like the insurance cause it covers more components and more coverage. The fee isn't expensive either.

I'm sure excellent will be provided when the time comes.

My Sharp 50in hdtv panel failed to work after have it for only 2years. Lucky I bought the 5 year plan and they replaced my tv with the newest upgrade..

You have t buy the geek squad protection when you buy any type of electronics from Best Buy. It is worth the extra money.

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

Having this is peace of mind for me. I know that I can make an appt and bring my laptop in if I need to.

I have not had to use it and hope not to. But, is a goof Idea because I have been burned before with the last TV that I purchased. So, I do recommend.

Uh yeah she’s not the most detail oriented person and that might be her only shortcoming so yes I’ll take that warranty please.

I feel it’s worth the extra $ for the extended warranty just in case. Especially for an item over $500

The technician installed the TV and all components. I have never regretted paying for Geek Squad services.

Wanted to have coverage for 5 years so I would not have to pay repairs if a issue came up. So far have not needed anything.

The tv picture is amazing and its also so sleek and thin. Im enjoying this TV

For me this is a no-brainer. We have always used the sevice and protection we get along with it.

We watch a lot of tv. So I wanted a good service plan in case I have any issue’s within 5 years.
