Excellent service and very helpful with getting my screen fixed on my phone.

Has severe limitations. Read all of the details first. Too many loopholes for Best Buy to get out of it if you don't have an excellent understanding of ALL the rules. Buyer Beware

All I can say is that the protected product is very good brand but it is better to have it protected in case of accidents.

I hope i don't have to use the 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection anytime soon, but it's good to know that I have it!

I'm glad that Geek squad offers protection plans. I do hope that we won't need it for this purchase but it's nice to have.

For the price, good service so far to exchange unit if not repairable. I have found the warranties have been worth the investment.
