Seems expensive for the time frame of coverage. Hopefully will not need to use.

My westinghouse 46" died on me luckily right before 4 yr warranty expired. Used warranty to purchase this cheaper tv, but it's bigger, better quality pic, picks up more free channels with the antennnae and got another 5 yr warranty. Had $150 leftover to finally buy me a keurig 2.0. Very pleased with Best buy warranty program. No need to hang on to receipt, all info stays in your best buy account if you need to use the warranty.

We have always added geek squad service warranties to every product that buy. Geek squad has also been very helpful over the years when taking care of any product issues.

Usually never get the protection plan until my Samsung went out after 6 months. Reason we got a Sony and protection

Includes burn in protection, 5 years is great for early oled tech that still have a small risk of burn in. I’ll be fully utilizing this if any burn in or dead pixels arise.

Honestly, they was on point. I had an appointment. They worked on my phone soon as I arrived. I had 2 issues this year with different phones.

I would recommend you always buy this added protection. Of course, during the Covid shut down, it was impossible to get service, but once I did, they came out, checked my TV and I ended up with a new TV. Totally worth the little bit of extra cost.

I usually go both ways on insurance type plans, but Best Buy Geek Squad is worth every penny. My tv needed replacement within the time and they literally put the purchase price on a gift card for me to buy the new tv I wanted. A+ for customer service.

I would not buy any electronics without the Geed Squad service protection. It has been proven to be a great value for years!

I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. I travel a lot and have needed the protection. Best Buy has always been there no matter where I am in the country. My product was always fixed or replaced without any problems.

It seems like whenever I finally need to use GeekSquad for something important.. they are unable to assist. A little frustrating, I don't pay for extra protection because doesn't seem worth it to me

The geek squad agents hung the TV to the existing mount showed us how of operate the tv and remote. They were quick and efficient.

The 5 year protection plan was offered and honored without any problems in an expeditious manner.

Anything over the size of a tablet I always get extra insurance. Always always ask if protection you buy starts after the one year warranty or immediately each place is different

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

I had to utilize Geek Squad when one of my TV’S screen became pixilated. In order to correct the problem it will cost just as much to fix as if you were purchasing another TV. With my protection plan I was able to select another TV or of equal value .

Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.
