Don't know yet. If tcl doesn't warranty my tv we will see what Geek squad does. Geek squad doesn't kick in until tcl's non existent warranty ends.

Originally bought the 2-year for my LG CX OLED, but came to the conclusion that the 5-year is a waaaay better deal and value! Especially if you buy an OLED, you’ll have some peace of mind if it ever gets burn-in.

Super excited to have a warranty this long, hopefully it comes in handy, but I’ve heard great things from friends!

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

I've had the Geek Squad protection ever since I bought my last PC and keep renewing it when due. I don't use it very often but it has really paid off to have it when I did need it. They always have the answer!

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

Have always shopped at Bestbuy because of geek squad.Great service and staff .Haventbdisappointed us yet at least not at University Bestbuy in Florida.I’m confident all others won’t disappoint either. Hopefully new yearly service is just as well as monthly per item service.

I always purchase insurance on all my items. I love the fact that I can get to my local Best Buy and get the help asap. I've used Geek Squad and they definitely helped me with all my questions and guide me on replacements when needed.

I always get the warranty and it pays off. twice now I have had TV issues from TV's that I have bought from Best buy and both times due to the warranty I was able to return the TV and get money back towards a new TV. I highly recommend getting a warranty with any large electronic purchase.

I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad Protection Plan when I bought my LG OLED TV. I haven't had to use the plan yet.

Love Geek Squad! Makes returns easy. Trust buying from Best Buy due to Geek Squad extended warranty. Love 5 year for TVs.
