I had a laptop that went out in 14 months good thing I put the insurance best buy fixed it at no cost it's worth it

I bought this tv back in 2016 yes I like to wait a while and really use something before I write a review. Till today still looks as the day I bought it. The image still great.

Purchased along with TV, haven't had to use service yet but historically it has been as advertised

I would recommend getting a warranty just in case some goes wrong with your item…

There is no way I cannot get a warranty with any Best Buy electronics. I considered the warranties closures they have honored them fully. A++

I did not use the Geek Squad for my new TV. We did not mount it on the wall. It is on my dresser. Sorry I did not have a review for you.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent return attempt under the Best Buy Protection Plan. Despite the product being defective and covered by my plan, the store’s general manager refused to process the return, claiming he did not observe the issue I described. I also explained that I could not leave the monitor at the store since I needed a replacement immediately to complete my work, yet I was offered no professional support or resolution. It is troubling how easily these protection plans are sold, yet when customers attempt to use them, the process feels dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. This experience leaves me questioning the value of the program and the commitment to customer care.

Geeks are the best at repairs and knowledgeable about most electronics.

This is a great value better than you find at most stores Best Buy stands behind the protection plan and it's not a game and it actually helps you very very well when you have an issue with ever.

So far so good I'll later review it if I have to use it.

Good to have 5 yrs of coverage from the Geek SQUAD!

We always buy the 5 year protection plan on any TV we buy from Best Buy. Just replaced one that was no longer repairable. Good investment.

I purchased this for my computers and it has come in handy when I had issues with being hacked. The tech team helped me out and the service was good

I always make sure to purchase insurance on all of my Best Buy purchases. They make sure to always offer it on check out which is always nice. I would definitely recommend to everyone to have.
