Im really glad that geek squad is available. Now i know that if and when it is having trouble i will have coverage for it and the geek squad will help out!!

i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS

Comes in handy just make sure to keep it up to date

The warranty was cheap and i hope i never need to b use but i have on another tv before and never had questions for complications dealing with the team.

Always comes thru and perfect support because last year I had a problem with my 60" TV and they ordered the replacement screen at no cost - otherwise it would have been over $1200! Another problem a year later - and because of the on going problems - they stuck by their service and gave me full replacement cost I got the 65" same TV on sale for same as I got the 60" last year! Always on time and polite and explaining everything.

Worth every penny, when repair is not achievable, replacement is quick and easy. Purchase the 5 year plan, items replaced, home theater receiver, 55 inch tv and cd player all in the 5th year

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.

They came in handy for sure and handled my issues swiftly

The Geek Squad service is always excellent, no complaints with them. The only part that sucks is how fast the protection plan deuterates. Used on a TV and within 4 months of purchase we lost a good chunk of the money when having to do a return. Not sure it is worth paying for, but was helpful.

No issues yet. Great tv. Responsive, good colors, easy to use, and it sounds great! Very happy with purchase.

I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

Super sweet 5yrs protection for my new SmartTv. It’s so worth it. My smart tv broke after 4 yrs and it was too expensive to fix. It was like over 200$ to fix an old tv. No more issues with this protection for at least 5 yrs. Yes!! Always purchase the extra warranty

Tv is a great replacement for our old one that broke. best buy protection makes us feel alot better about the purchase.

I have had TV's have an issue after mfg. warranties end. So, by purchasing the extended warranty thru Geek Squad on a few occasions have save myself from buying an entire new tv. In fact, one-time parts were unavailable, and they gave me a card to buy a new tv.

The agents knew what they were doing which was a pleasant surprise. Installed item for my elderly Mother without and issue.

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

I had a TCL TV that needed service done and ended having to get a replacement. I'm so glad I had the protection plan, they replaced my TV with a new one, which was a newer model. The one "downfall" is they give you credit for the current value of the TV instead of the price one paid for the product. Besides that the service was excellent and very professional.

Having extended warranty gives me a great piece of mind. Best Buy is one of the top customer service provider.
