This is an insurance policy and as such it provides peace of mind even if it isn't ever used. It made sense for my TV and wasn't too expensive.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

I had a warranty with them on my old tv and when it suddenly stopped working they replaced it with a more expensive better tv

The 5 year protection plan is the only plan that is worth it in my opinion, as 1 or 2 years is too short of a time for anything to happen to a TV. But 5 years is long enough for some kind of accident to happen, especially if you have kids.

They have been super awesome since with my previous tv they had to come to my apartment 3 times and on every ocasión the geek squad rep that came was mega nice and easy going.

It is great knowing that my tv is protected against any issues that may arise with the geeksquad protection

Best television I have have bought. I needed to replace a similar tv that I accidentally damaged. Please be careful hitting tv with any objects. It cannot take any type of hits

I set up an appointment and was seen the same day. My tv wind up not working so the warranty was cashed in and got my.money back on a gift card. So highly recommend especially for open box items.
